These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) regulate access to and use of ez-skins.org (the “Website” or the “Platform”).
The Platform is operated by CREATIVEIMAGEAI LTD, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 16694311, whose registered office is located at: 1 St. Katharines Way, London, England, E1W 1UN
In these Terms, the company may be referred to as “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our.”
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to comply with them.
1. Eligibility
Use of the Platform is permitted only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
Access to certain services or features may be limited or unavailable depending on jurisdiction, regulatory requirements, or internal compliance policies.
2. Description of Services
The Platform operates as an online service providing access to virtual items and related digital content. The Company acts solely as an intermediary and does not act as the seller, owner, or distributor of any virtual items unless explicitly stated.
Virtual items may be sourced from third parties or external systems. The Company does not create, control, or guarantee such items and is not responsible for their availability, quality, or delivery.
The Company facilitates user-initiated transactions but is not a party to any agreement between users and/or third-party providers. All transactions are undertaken at the user’s own risk. The Company does not guarantee the successful completion of transactions or the delivery of virtual items, which may depend on third-party services outside of its control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims liability for any losses arising from failed transactions, delays, or third-party actions. Nothing in this section limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.
3. User Accounts
Some parts of the Platform may require users to create an account or authenticate their identity.
Users agree to:
provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration;
keep their account credentials secure and confidential;
notify the Company immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.
For security reasons, additional verification steps may be required before certain actions are completed, including transactions or payouts.
4. Payments and Financial Transactions
All payment and financial transactions on the Platform are processed by independent third-party payment service providers (“PSPs”), which may be authorised and regulated entities.
The Company does not process, store, or hold customer funds directly and does not store complete payment card details.
All applicable fees, commissions, and charges will be clearly displayed prior to confirming any transaction.
The Company may suspend, reject, or reverse transactions where reasonably required due to technical errors, suspected misuse, or legal and compliance obligations. Transaction processing times may depend on third-party financial institutions and are outside the Company’s control.
5. Withdrawals and Payouts
5.1 Eligibility Requirements
Users may request payouts only if they:
meet the minimum legal age requirement;
complete any required identity verification (KYC) procedures;
use supported payment methods;
reside in jurisdictions where payouts are permitted.
Certain payment methods, regions, or financial institutions may be restricted due to regulatory or compliance obligations.
5.2 Processing Period
Approved payout requests are typically processed within 3–7 business days.
However, the time required for funds to appear in the recipient’s account may vary depending on banking systems and payment networks.
5.3 Limits and Fees
Unless otherwise indicated on the Platform:
Minimum payout: €10
Maximum payout per transaction: €5,000
Any applicable processing fees will be displayed clearly before the payout request is finalised.
5.4 Failed Transactions and Reversals
Once a payout has been completed successfully, it generally cannot be reversed at the request of the user.
However, the Company may suspend, cancel, or reverse payouts where permitted by law, including in cases involving:
technical malfunctions;
duplicate transactions;
compliance or security investigations.
If a payout fails during processing, funds will normally be returned to the user’s platform balance once verification is completed.
5.5 Refund / cancellation terms
Due to the nature of digital content and virtual items, users acknowledge that once a transaction has been completed or a virtual item has been delivered, the right to cancel or request a refund may no longer apply, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Where applicable under UK consumer protection laws, users may have a right to cancel certain purchases within 14 days. This right may be waived where digital content is delivered immediately with the user’s prior express consent
5.6 Declined Payout Requests
Payout requests may be rejected for reasons including:
insufficient available balance;
unsupported card or payment method;
incomplete identity verification;
suspected fraudulent activity;
technical processing issues.
Where feasible, users will receive guidance on how the issue may be resolved.
6. Disputes and Claims
If a user believes a transaction or payout has been handled incorrectly, they must contact support at info@ez-skins.org. The Company will review disputes within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 5–10 business days. Users may be required to provide supporting evidence. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, users may have the right to refer the matter to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider, where applicable. Card-related disputes may also be subject to the rules of the relevant card networks.
7. Legal and Compliance Requirements
Certain services on the Platform, including payments and payouts, may be provided by independent third-party payment service providers (“PSPs”), which may be authorised
and regulated entities. Such providers may carry out identity verification (KYC), anti-money laundering (AML) checks, transaction monitoring, and other compliance procedures in accordance with their legal obligations. The Company may also implement reasonable security and fraud prevention measures to protect the Platform and its users. Users may be required to provide information or complete verification processes either to the Company or directly to such third-party providers. Failure to comply may result in temporary restrictions, delays, or suspension of services. Where reasonably possible, users will be informed and given an opportunity to resolve the issue.
8. Prohibited Use
Users must not use the Platform for unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
fraud, money laundering, or attempts to evade sanctions;
misuse of payment instruments or financial systems;
attempts to interfere with the security or operation of the Platform;
providing inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information.
The Company reserves the right to take appropriate action where violations occur, including suspension of access and reporting to relevant authorities when required.
9. Card Network Disclosure
Logos of card networks such as Visa and Mastercard may appear on the Platform in accordance with their brand usage guidelines.
Such references do not imply endorsement, partnership, or sponsorship unless explicitly stated.
All card payments are subject to the operational rules of the relevant card scheme.
10. Personal Data and Privacy
The collection, storage, and processing of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, users acknowledge that their data may be processed for purposes including:
service delivery;
fraud prevention;
compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
11. Transaction Records
Users may have access to a record of their account activity, including purchases and other interactions with the Platform, where such functionality is provided.
The Company does not guarantee the completeness or real-time accuracy of such records, as certain transaction details may be dependent on third-party payment service providers.
Official transaction records and payment confirmations are provided by the relevant payment service providers.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or revenue. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The limitations of liability apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not affect statutory consumer rights.
13. Amendments to the Terms
The Company may modify these Terms periodically to reflect changes in legislation, operational practices, or technological developments.
Updated versions will be published on the Platform with a revised “Last updated” date.
Continued use of the Platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
